This newly constructed two-story, 4,200-square-foot facility was designed to serve dual functions: a ground-floor fleet garage with mechanical storage for trucks and service vehicles, and a second-floor employee housing unit complete with full living amenities.

The building is equipped with comprehensive mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire alarm systems throughout. National Grid relied on Pearl’s expertise to manage all aspects of site and foundation coordination, from civil and waste systems to final utility connections—all within the constraints of a compact site footprint.
