About Us
Partner with our team of industry veterans who bring a modern approach to construction projects of all sizes.
Our roots run deep
After nearly 20 years with a large construction firm, founder Seth Adams knew that there was a more efficient, more responsible, and more personal way to approach construction projects.
In 2021, Seth established The Pearl Company with two goals:
- Be the most responsible estate-level home builder on the Cape and Islands.
- Be the go-to building partner for commercial developers.
In a few short years, those goals have been cemented as our golden standard, powered by our team of industry experts.
Enjoy an elevated building experience.
What makes us different? Our core values focus on providing you a superior experience from start to finish.
Creativity
We’ve got big ideas on how to make your project unique, enjoyable–and of course–successful. We start by understanding your goals, prioritize the top objectives, and we create a clear path to deliver a positive outcome.
Culture
You’ll have a dedicated project manager and site supervisor who coordinate every aspect of your project–on the construction site and in the office–to ensure all work is completed to our highest quality standards.
Communication
Clear and frequent communication is key to success. We conduct weekly meetings to review progress, scheduling, and budget–then provide a monthly report so you have a clear picture of exactly where your project stands.
We’ve got a winning team.
